EXIT Realty Corp. International was founded in 1996 on a philosophy of abundance and the principles of positive affirmations. Because these principles are at its core and Steve Morris lives them every day, he inspires everyone at EXIT Realty to share in his philosophy. Steve created a unique business model providing a source of income to real estate agents where one never existed before, and a culture of mentorship in a typically self-serving industry. Because of this, EXIT Realty is reinventing real estate. To-date, the company has paid out more than a third of a billion dollars in single level residual income to its associates across the US and Canada and every day this income stream is changing lives. In 2014 Steve spearheaded the launch of the company’s Focus on Good Health initiative because he recognizes that a person’s emotional, physical and spiritual well-being are keys to their overall quality of life. In 2016, he created Prompter!™, an app designed to habitualize the daily writing of affirmations, now with thousands of users of all ages and from all walks of life. Prior to founding EXIT Realty in 1996, Steve worked for RE/MAX. In 1985 he was awarded Top Sales Manager in North America. In 1989, he earned Top Broker/Owner of the Year for multiple offices in Ontario/Atlantic Canada. From 1977 to 1982, Steve was a Manager of the Permanent Real Estate Company, then the third largest real estate company in Canada. He was promoted to District Sales Manager over Southern Ontario during 1981’s real estate boom. Steve Morris is at the forefront of a new paradigm that has changed the landscape of the real estate industry and has brought integrity back to how we do business.
