Jen Martinson

Jen Martinson is the Owner of EXIT MN Lakes, where she combines over 17 years of experience with a mission to elevate real estate professionalism across Northern Minnesota. Licensed since 2007, Jen has guided hundreds of buyers and sellers through more than $45 million in transactions throughout Bemidji, Fergus Falls, Alexandria, and the surrounding lakes corridor. Her focus on integrity, skill, and consistency has earned her a reputation as a steady, trusted leader in both residential and agent development.

A Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Jen currently serves as President of her local MLS (2024) and has dedicated six years to its board, helping shape policies that raise industry standards. She averages 20–30 sales per year, with most homes priced between $400,000–$500,000.

Personally, I graduated from New York Mills and have a large family around the Fergus Falls area. I grew up spending my weekends at my grandparent's lake cabin on Eagle Lake. I have lived in Bemidji since 1998 and find many common interests between the "northwoods" and "lakes country". We have Agents in Fergus Falls, Alexandria, Bemidji and are looking to grow anywhere in between and north to International Falls and Baudette. Trent and I have 3 children and 2 fur babies(Australian Labradoodles).
