I have been working as a real estate salesperson for over 20 years starting my career at Live Real Estate Training School over 23 years ago. I can testify that Live School was invaluable in my successful real estate career. I am a knowledgeable, personable and ambitious Real Estate professional. I strive to gets things done to fulfill my clients needs. I have an outstanding reputation and excellent negotiation skills working on behalf of both buyers and sellers.
It has been my good fortune to be surrounded by seasoned agents and brokers who are a wealth of knowledge in helping me keep up with the current laws and trends in our industry.
As a co-instructor of the Live Real Estate School, I bring my teaching experience of over 34 years. I have taught in Santa Clara public schools; coaching sports, adult education for Los Gatos-Saratoga Park and Rec and University Art of San Jose. I graduated from Chico State with a BA and a teaching certificate. I continue to take classes to better my skills. Recently, I graduated from the San Jose Museum of Art docent program. I have taken many workshops and coaching events to add to the success of our school. I take pride in my competence as a speaker with a pleasant disposition, patience and a sense of humor to make our classes interactive, rewarding and exciting!
