Hi, I'm Bianca. I am so excited and honored that you have reached out and trusted me in this important step in your life! I live in Murfreesboro with my husband, 2 boys, and 3 fur babies. I have a passion for real estate and specifically investing. I am a full time realtor/investor in the Middle TN area.

I am constantly staying on top of my education, because real estate is a learning based business. You can count on me to have the latest knowledge of my area and the industry.

I currently own and operate 6 airbnb properties and have ownership interest in 384 units in 2 apartment complexes.
As far as sales history, I have been a multimillion dollar producer for 10 years and consistently help buyers and sellers in the area.

Many of my sales techniques involve internet marketing, specifically social media. 90 of buyers are starting their home search online, so having a strong online presence and a great agent WILL get your home SOLD.

Communication is key: it is my number one priority. You will never feel out of the loop or neglected. I maintain constant contact with my buyers & sellers.
