Hello, my name is Lynn Moul and I am a Realtor with Exit Landmark Realty in White Plains, Md. I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers in the Charles County market to include: Waldorf, St. Charles, La Plata, Hughesville as well as St. Mary's and Calvert Counties.I am a member of Southern Maryland Association of REALTOR. I have called Charles County my home for over 40 years.
I was recently awarded as one of EXIT Landmark Realty's Quarter 2 Top Producers. My production ranked me in the Top 20 Sales Volume category for 2021 Q2. I was honored to receive this award, but more importantly so thankful that I could assist my buyers and sellers with their home buying and selling needs.

I have a college degree in Mass Communications and I enjoy helping people. My husband and I have two daughters who attended school in Charles County and we love our community. We enjoy spending time outside with our dog and going to the beach. We live in this growing community we both serve.
