I hold many Live Day Training Workshops for our Brokers and Regional Owners, focusing on topics such as: Time Blocking for the Determined Prospectors, Direct Response Marketing for Real Estate Farming, The CRM Lead Conversation Process and Proper Follow-Up, Inbound Marketing and Online Lead Generation, Proper Video Marketing, Meta Tags, and YouTube Integration, The Fundamentals of Real Estate Scrips in the Canvassing Process, and many more.
The most intensive course I offer is The #8WeekSuccess Real Estate Boot-Camp; it was designed for those who arrive at their career with the desire to excel and break the bonds of what is holding them back from performing at the highest level. It all Starts with Proper Business Planning; Success Habits; Daily Time Blocking of Prospecting Activities; Proper Follow-Up Systems; Internet Lead Generation; Rehearsed Presentation Skills; Impeccable Situational Phone Scripts; Long Term Neighborhood Farming for Listings; Success Partners Accountability; and the toughest lesson of all: Self Discipline.
I hold three to four of these rigorous Real Estate Boot-Camps a Year and I limit their participation to a couple dozen participants. The amount of Good work you can do by having Agents participate in a course for a period of roughly 3 months is truly satisfying. I love to see those who have taken my courses go on to become top producing and respected agents in their community.
Key Yessaad is also a Real Estate Trainer of 12 Classes held in the afternoon of every other month, each 3 hours long, called the i-FAStTRAC Real Estate Training Program. The Program is a Broker-Driven and Agent-Centric Real Estate Training offered by Kevin Ahearn and Key Yessaad, with a total of 24 Live and/or Recorded Training Sessions. It allows our Brokers to offer, via Live Videoconferencing, important training classes in their offices to empower their agents to do well in their Real Estate Careers.
My Academic background matched with a decade of running a Multi-Office Real Estate Brokerage have given me insights on Accomplishments. I consider myself an Activity Coach pushing our Brokers and Agents towards Action which leads naturally to Great Results!
