As of March 15,2024, the National Association of Realtors proposed a settlement to resolve an antitrust lawsuit related to buyer commissions. This lawsuit has led to a few changes for Realtors nationally. As your realtor, it is my fiduciary duty to provide clients with competent representation while successfully working with cooperating broker agents to achieve your desired real estate outcomes. 

Let’s face it, there are many real estate agents in the Birmingham Metropolitan Area. However, not many have 25 years of experience working with sellers and buyers in residential sales. As a retired law enforcement officer for the city of Birmingham, I am familiar with the different cultures and needs of the residents living in the various surrounding communities. I understand selling or buying a home is one of the most important life events one can undertake. My 21 years of working with the public has given me tremendous insight and valuable skills needed to negotiate a sale for clients. Regardless of the situation, I have always made it my goal to be there to guide my clients every step of the way from our first conversation to closing day.
