Tundra is a recognized speaker, trainer, and coach with John Maxwell since 2019. She is also a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, where she has gained invaluable knowledge and experience in the luxury real estate market. Tundra's background in Organizational Leadership and Development has helped her shape the culture of both EXIT Elite Realty and EXIT Homestyle Realty, creating a supportive and collaborative team environment.

In 2019, Tundra was awarded the Salesperson of the Year by the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders, which recognized her outstanding contributions to the real estate industry. Tundra is known as "Mom" to her son Torien Pippens and "GiGi" to her two grandsons. She was born and raised in Hueytown, Alabama, where she graduated from high school in 1992.
