   I am a licensed Realtor with Exit Realty Crutcher servicing Frankfort, Lawrenceburg, Shelbyville, Lexington, Louisville, Mt. Sterling, Richmond, Kentucky, and the surrounding counties close to the heart of the Bluegrass. Born and raised in Frankfort, I have lived in multiple cities within Kentucky including Louisville and Lexington and I currently reside with my wife in downtown Frankfort, blocks away from the state capital. I have an understanding that each city and neighborhood in Kentucky is different and requires different approaches. 

   I am also a licensed drone pilot with over a thousand hours of flight time and over three hundred flight logs.  Drone pictures and videos are very helpful for selling houses allowing buyers to see the whole picture of a property and the area.      Before I decided to begin my career in real estate, I spent twenty-six years in the hospitality industry. I worked in all aspects of the restaurant business including front and back of the house operations and multiple years in management. On March 15th, 2020 Covid lockdown changed all of that and I had to figure out a way to reinvent myself. I combined my passion for hospitality and my love for real estate and I am a full-time agent servicing the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
