Greetings! I'm the Broker Owner / Franchisee of EXIT Realty Tri-Cities Life, located in Southeast Washington State. Since 2010, I've been assisting sellers, buyers, and investors in realizing their real estate objectives. I'm enthusiastic about the Tri-Cities area and all that it has to offer. The mighty Columbia River, Snake River, and Yakima River provide a plethora of water-related activities year-round, and our high desert climate ensures over 300 days of sunshine, warm summer temperatures, and mild winters with less precipitation and gloominess than the West Side of the state.
On the Broker side of things I'm the Designated Broker / Owner of EXIT Realty Tri-Cities Life and enjoy leading out Brokers to be the absolute best they can be both professionally and personally. I'm a certified Buffini and Company trainer, have been active in our local MLS and helped numerous Brokers elevate their growth.
Although we experience a few chilly months, we typically receive only 6 to 12 inches of snow each season. In my personal and professional life, I'm heavily involved in the community and relish being a part of its growth. The area has a lively vibe and an excellent mix of employers, making it an ideal place for anyone to call home.
