Greetings! I'm a dual-state real estate professional, serving as the Broker Owner of EXIT Realty Tri-Cities Life in Southeast Washington and a licensed Broker with EXIT Realty Coannah in Chandler, Arizona.

In Washington, I’ve been assisting sellers, buyers, and investors since 2010. I am enthusiastic about the Tri-Cities area and all it has to offer. The mighty Columbia, Snake, and Yakima Rivers provide a plethora of water-related activities year-round, and our high desert climate ensures over 300 days of sunshine, warm summers, and mild winters with significantly less gloom than the west side of the state.

My passion for real estate extends into the Southwest as well. As a licensed Broker in Arizona with EXIT Realty Coannah, I am proud to help clients throughout the entire Phoenix Metro area. What I love about Arizona—outside of all those glorious sunny days—is the vibrant energy and the endless list of things to do. There is nothing more rewarding than helping people find the home of their dreams under those famous Arizona sunsets, which are truly some of the best in the West!

On the leadership side, I am the Designated Broker and Owner of EXIT Realty Tri-Cities Life, where I enjoy mentoring our Brokers to be the absolute best they can be, both professionally and personally. I am a certified Buffini and Company trainer, have been active in our local MLS, and have helped numerous professionals elevate their growth.
