Shante was born in Vineland, New Jersey, where she graduated from Vineland High School. She holds a degree in Accounting and Business Management. In addition, she has over 10 years of residential property management experience in the multifamily industry, as well as manufactured homes. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time on her farm with her horses.
