Born and raised in Tidewater, VA, Eric lived and worked there until his late 20s. Eric eventually moved to Northern VA, where he lived and worked for 20 years in Public Safety, prior to retiring in early 2023.

 

Having friends and family in Tidewater VA, Northern VA and Richmond, VA, Eric and his wife Stephanie decided the Northern Neck was the place for them, especially since they are avid boaters. After exploring much of the area, Eric and Stephanie purchased their forever home on the Northern Neck in 2016.

 

Since Eric and Stephanie openly admit it has been impossible for them to pass any open house sign during their nearly 30 years together, Eric decided to begin a new career as a realtor. Eric completed Exit Realty Expertise?s in-house Real Estate salesperson class which clinched his interest in pursuing a new career in real estate with Exit Realty Expertise. Eric said, ?Everyone at Exit has been genuinely interested in my success as it is also Exit?s success, which is ultimately based on the clients? success, and that is a good thing?.
