I am a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, and have been in practice, full-time since 2002.  There are countless reasons to hire me.  Please know that it is my honor to represent your best interests.  Over the years, I have been interviewed by Reuters News, ABC News, The Residential Specialist, The Real Deal Magazine, etc.  I have been asked to participate as a panelist for various REALTOR events and organizations, including the Long Island Board of REALTORS, The Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, The New York State Association of REALTORS, the Tri-State Conference REALTORS Conference (Triple Play Conference organized by the NY, NJ, & CT State Associations of REALTORS), etc.  I was honored as a recipient of the "Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars" Award bestowed by the Long Island Board of REALTORS Young Professionals Network (YPN) in 2013.  I have run brokerages, including one with over 150 agents, as General Manager, Broker, and owner.  I was also inducted into the CENTURY 21 Centurion Honor Society. I have a broker-level license (not just a salesperson).  I am also qualified by the Court System of New York State to broker real estate transactions that require Court oversight or involvement, and I can receive Court appointments.  I have handled such matters in Queens, Suffolk, and Nassau, and testify in Court when necessary.

I have broken residential sales price records in Corona and East Elmhurst, NY. I work with residential and commercial properties, existing housing, new construction, cooperatives, and condominiums. I represent property owners that want to sell and people that want to buy. I am available for all your real estate needs, locally, nationally and internationally. Worth noting, I am the first to earn the Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert designation in all of New York State.  I am well trained and have unique expertise in handling the sale of properties in conflict.

I am active in the community and was formerly a Council Member on the School District 25 Community Education Council and a parent member of the School Leadership Team at PS165Q.
