Sabrina Jones-Schroeder

Sabrina Jones-Schroeder is the Designated Broker and owner of EXIT Real Estate Professionals in Spokane, Washington. Licensed since 1990, she has built a career that blends sales success, leadership, and a passion for training. She created a 16-course program for new and seasoned REALTORS®, helping professionals thrive at every stage of their careers. Under her leadership, EXIT Real Estate Professionals has grown from just 10 agents in 1995 to more than 65 and counting.

A Gonzaga University graduate, Sabrina earned dual B.A. degrees in Political Science and Spanish, with a concentration in Women’s Studies, before completing her law degree at Gonzaga School of Law, graduating cum laude. Though admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1995, she chose to dedicate her career to real estate—a decision that continues to fuel her enthusiasm for the industry.

Deeply rooted in her community, Sabrina is a member of Rotary Club #21 and serves on the Gonzaga University Alumni Association Advisory Council, along with other civic commitments.

Outside of work, Sabrina and her husband Jeff—married since 2000—cherish time with their two children, Emerson and Cole. She enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, camping, lake time with family, cooking, wine collecting, and reading.
