About Michael
Michael McCarron is a dynamic and lively presenter who brings decades of sales and leadership experience to EXIT Realty Corp. International.
In 1978, Mike bought the Wholesale Distributor rights for Joico Haircare products for Canada’s Maritime Provinces. Starting from scratch, he built a team of superstars who achieved multimillion-dollar annual sales. He joined EXIT Realty in 2006 as the co-owner of a new EXIT Realty office in Saint John, New Brunswick, wherein he was instrumental in growing the business to a powerhouse of 87 agents and an unprecedented 41% market share.
In 2007, Mike joined EXIT Realty Corp. International as Supervisor of Growth and Development for Canada. At heart, Mike is a talent scout, working with franchisees and agents, helping them understand the importance of relationships and identifying like-minded individuals who want to reach their full potential in the real estate industry. Mike is a powerful presenter, sharing ways to build a financial legacy with the EXIT formula through sponsoring.
In 2017, he became a facilitator of the company’s acclaimed Ambassador Training Program in Canada, working closely with Director of Leadership Bob McKinnon, teaching EXIT Associates to become poised, powerful presenters.
