About Bob
Bob McKinnon is an experienced business person and has been involved in sales and management for over four decades. As a California real estate broker for more than 40 years, Bob has owned and managed portions of five real estate companies, has been a franchisor, a corporate manager and director. Being part of the team that developed the very first region of CENTURY21 in Southern California, Bob was instrumental in its early growth and development. For the last several years, Bob has been a personal development coach to top agent teams, businesses and regions including teaching the power of public speaking, training others to become poised, powerful presenters.
In 2012, Bob became the South West U.S. Divisional President for EXIT Realty Corp. International, working with regional owners to help to grow EXIT's presence. In 2016, Bob became a certified speaker, trainer and coach of the John Maxwell Team. Maxwell states that, "Everything rises or falls with leadership" and in 2017 Bob was appointed Director of Leadership for the entire EXIT Realty organization.
