I have had a real estate license since 2002 and been a member of the EXIT family since 2008.  I currently teach a one week pre-licensing class in our office that certifies students who have completed their education requirements to take the National and Virginia state Real Estate examination. I feel fortunate to be part of a company where I can sponsor and mentor new agents and have sponsored 35 new agents during my years with EXIT.  I enjoy assisting new agents in developing their EXIT real estate careers.

I work with clients to buy, sell or lease residential, commercial and land properties and strive to find the right property for their needs and economic requirements.  My goal is to find the "right house" for the right client.

I am a Navy veteran and retired after 38 years of federal law enforcement as an instructor and program manager, and retired from the FBI Academy in Quantico, Va.  I started my government career with the U.S. Customs Service in Long Beach, California, and have had many tranfers which has enabled me to be very aware of the stress, problems and issues involved with government and military reassignments.  

I was transferred to Fredericksburg in 1984 and currently live in Spotsylvania.  I sing with my church choir and a local community group and serve on the education and awards committees of our local real estate board.  I am also active in other activities in surrounding communities.

Our office serves the entire state of Virginia, north, south, east and west from the DC border to NC and east and west with emphasis on Fredericksburg, Louisa, Lake Anna, Spotsylvania, King George, Orange, Caroline, Colonial Beach, Stafford, northern Virginia communities and the Northen Neck. Our area is currently experiencing new home construction, apartment building and senior living growth.  I am just a phone call away.
