Arden was born and raised in Cape Breton until he was 13, where he then moved to Tantallon, in the HRM area. He ended up getting a Horticulture/landscape certificate from NSCC where he ran a business in Truro NS for 5 years. He also has his 4th Block completed in the Metal Fabrication trade, however he did not write his Red Seal, as he was pursuing his dream of becoming a Real Estate agent at that time.
Arden has been a REALTOR® in HRM for over 14 years. His methods have been tried and true and has a lot of happy clients and a lot more to offer present and future clients. There are many testimonials to backup this claim. Arden also has a lot of repeat business which attributes to success in the real estate industry.
Arden is very ambitious and works very hard for his clients and for his own personal goals as well. You can be assured that he will take good care of you and you will also have fun working with him.
