     My name is Dixie Jackson Mabe I am a Certified Relocation Specialist working with buyers and sellers in the Hoke, Cumberland, Robeson, Harnett and surrounding counties, helping families make a smooth transition from our area, or to our area.

  I started my real estate career in 2010,  with a background in sales, and marketing,  I am able to assist buyers and sellers who are in the market to purchase their first home, their last home, and to assist with selling their home, in order that they may move forward to lifes next adventure.

In the 9 years I have been in real estate, I have been awarded Agent of the year in 2011, 2015, and 2018, also I received buyers agent of the year in 2014 &2015, listing agent of the year in 2015, 2016 and 2018 in our office at EXIT Realty Preferred, Raeford NC.  I was also awarded the Bronze award from EXIT Corporation in 2018 and 2019 for closing more than 25 transactions in a year. In 2017 I won an award from EXIT Realty of the Carolinas Number 5 in transactions in North Carolina, and I am a graduate of Brian Buffini Peak Producers.

Working with EXIT has been and is a wonderful experience.  I love the fact that this company puts the agents first, with unmatched training, mentoring, and coaching. This enables the agents to provide better service to our clients.

  I am a graduate of Robeson Community College, with an associate degree in Business Administration. My husband and I enjoy spending time with our family, and love being grandparents.   I enjoy real estate because it allows me to assist people with possibly the greatest investment they will ever make.  Walking them through the process, and seeing their joy, brings me great pleasure.

We are moving from California to North Carolina, which in itself is a daunting experience. However, Dixie has been able to calm our concerns about neighborhoods and properties through her personal onsite examinations and evaluations of our inquiries. She truly accomplished the impossible. I wanted to sell my home after living away for over ten years. Dixie got the property into the realty network and ensured a steady flow of showings. There were a few improvements I needed to make but the cost was minimal. Jackpot! When she found a buyer, she set up the closing with the right titling company so that I could close from my location and didn't have to drive all the way down from Virginia. On top of that, my funds arrived the very next day.
