Hi, I’m Rick Coyne and since 2004 I have specialized in residential real estate sales, both for year-round residences, seasonal properties, and investment properties along the beautiful coast of Southern Maine, including Wells, Kennebunk, Ogunquit and York.

My wife, Pam and I decided to purchase a real estate franchise with EXIT Realty Corp. International. On April 1, 2012, EXIT Oceanside Realty was born. I am passionate about helping our agents develop their skills and master every aspect of the real estate business, ensuring all of our clients receive the level of service I would provide myself. I am a multiple winner of EXIT’S prestigious Bronze Award.

Rick Coyne grew up in Kennebunk Maine and since 1979 he has lived in Wells, Maine. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education from the University of Maine and a Master’s Degree in Leadership from the University of Southern Maine. Rick retired from a long career as a Health and Physical Education teacher, having taught in Wells and Brunswick, Maine. During his tenure, Rick coached basketball and baseball with a championship in both sports.

Rick is a member of the York County Board of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He believes that Realtors® should be involved in the communities where they work as Rick is a Wells Rotarian serving as past president and treasurer.  Rick, along with EXIT Oceanside Realty helps the community by organizing a golf tournament to benefit The Yellow Tulip Project whose mission is “to smash the sigma of mental health.”
