Nakita Mattocks has been in the real estate business for over two decades. Her passion for serving people began while she was serving her county in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. She is now the Broker and Owner of Exit Realty Alliance however Prior to Joining Exit as a Franchisee, she owned and operated a family boutique Real Estate Business. Over the past two decades, Nakita has gained extensive knowledge ranging from relocation, distressed properties, and short sales to include a few. Nakita Is passionate about educating buyers and sellers on the real estate process and is committed to educating, mentoring, and supporting other Realtors and Brokers to achieve their dreams. She holds a BA degree in Psychology and maintains Brokers license in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, and Florida. She is also a licensed Builder. Nakita is very involved in church and community projects such as local food banks, and homeless intervention. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Prince William Realtor Association and was a past president of National Association of Real Estate Brokers Northern Virginia Chapter
