The luckiest people in the world are those who love their work, and that best describes me. I am a licensed Broker Associate - REALTOR® with EXIT Elite Realty in Arnold, Missouri and EXIT Sunset Realty in Bradenton, FL. I have a passion for Real Estate and love my job!
I've been working with Buyers and Sellers for over 29 years and loving every minute of it. Having the experience helps me always negotiate the best deal for my client. Most of my clients have become friends over the years and their continued referrals have made my real estate career... very successful! In fact, more than 80 of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
I specialize in assisting clients that are first time home buyers and I love to work with Veterans. I have my Military Relocation Professional Certification. I've been a part of the Women's Council of Real Estate for over 28 years and was President of the St. Louis Network in 2017. I earned my MBA from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. and I am a Notary Public. I do my best to be tech savvy, utilizing EXIT Realty's technology suite not only to communicate effectively with my customers but also to successfully market property and respond to prospects' inquiries quickly.
I am available every day to my clients, plus I have a team of qualified agents to assist me. I never tire meeting new people, exploring homes and vacant land, searching for just the right property for my client. I thrive on overcoming the hurdles that can arise during a real estate transaction. I enjoy the variety that a career in real estate affords and I never want to stop learning; whether mastering new technology or keeping abreast of local, state-wide and national market trends to better serve my clients. My main focus is to help my clients and reduce their risk.
I have a tight-knit family including my supportive husband and two awesome children. We volunteer at Wrecked Ministries. I'm a member of the MOOSE and Bradenton Woman's Club. I love to paint, travel and scuba dive.
