Jody’s journey in real estate began in 2005 as a new licensee. Seeking a career and company that would allow her to build not only financial health but also build people, she discovered that the EXIT System was the perfect fit. The quality one-on-one teaching in guidance that she received from EXIT in those very early, informative years as a “rookie sales agent” provided to be priceless. Jody spent years deepening her knowledge of real estate law, practice and representation. Always focused on helping people reach their goals, Jody went on to expand her role in the industry to mentoring new and existing licensees as Director of Training and Communications of EXIT Allstar Realty in Mobile, AL. Through her leadership and commitment to building solid relationships, EXIT Allstar’s community outreach continues to flourish in both Mobile and Baldwin County, AL.

Having become an integral part of management/operations at EXIT Allstar, Jody embraced the opportunity in 2017 to spearhead the expansion of Allstar’s presence in the Baldwin County Marketplace. As Qualifying Broker/Partner of EXIT Allstar Gulf Coast Realty, she continues to serve and support the most valuable assets of any real estate company  –  the agent!

Jody Marsh is a  Buffini and Company Certified Mentor, as well as a John Maxwell Certified Team Member. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, Baldwin County Association of Realtors, the Mobile Area Multiple Listing Service, and the Gulf Coast Commercial Multiple Listing Service.  Jody maintains relationships with an international sphere of business entrepreneurs and real estate brokerages. Servicing the entire Baldwin County, Alabama market - from Mobile Bay to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, her team of professional, experienced agents help first-time home buyers, sellers, and investor clients.
