About Emily
Emily Watts has been working in the real estate industry since January of 2014. She services clients in Southern Maryland, particularly St. Charles, Waldorf, White Plains, La Plata, Hughesville and Mechanicsville.
She specializes in investments and loves helping first-time home buyers (as she herself purchased her first home in April, 2018). Emily is a member of the SOMDREIG (Southern Maryland Real Estate Investors' Group) and holds the RENE Realtor designation - Real Estate Negotiation Expert. She also served on the SMAR YPN (Young Professionals Network) board.
Emily loves helping people realize their home buying potential. As her clients have said Emily had wonderful patience with me and walked me through everything I have a beautiful little house now to call home. I thank you Emily for your devotion and hard work and Emily was so nice and helpful from beginning to end. It was never difficult to get in contact with her which helped expedite the process and allow everything to go smoothly.
Emily is passionate about art and photography; she uses her photography and creative marketing strategies to assist her sellers reach a larger audience. As a millennial, Emily is in-touch with the newest trends in social media and marketing.
Working towards building a better future for our community, Emily is an active leader in a local church's young adult ministry and enjoys serving her local community as well as her global neighbors. She also worked for her family's local nursery for years; growing plants and rescuing yards to increase neighborhood's value through curb appeal.
Since her father, Paul Watts, passed away from Pancreatic Cancer in July of 2018 Emily will be donating a percentage of all of her earnings to The Sol Goldman Pancreatic Cancer Research Center at Johns Hopkins to further the understanding of this terrible disease.
