My name is Tim Williams and I have vacationed in this area for over 25 years.  We absolutely fell in love with the area and decided to move here fulltime and live the dream of the Florida lifestyle!

 

My wife, Marty and I are originally from Kentucky and now reside in the Englewood area, on the water.  We enjoy watching sunsets, boating and finding sharks teeth at Stump Pass State Park.  I love living in this area, enjoying the Englewood and Venice beaches.  As an agent who's an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. I received my Florida real estate license in 2017, after retiring from the telephone company with 37 years.  With real estate now being so technology-driven, my recent training has given me the cutting-edge tools to effectively communicate with my clients, market your property or assist you in finding the property that will fulfill YOUR dreams of the Florida lifestyle!
