Tom brings over 13 years of sales and negotiation experience with him from his previous position as Sales Manager for the SPJ Trading Group at The Chicago Board of Trade. While working in both the 30-yr and 10-yr U.S. Treasury Bond trading pits, Tom honed and perfected his negotiation, organizational, and sales skills, much to his client's advantage in the Real Estate industry.

In 2004 Tom obtained his Illinois Real Estate Salesperson License and achieved his Illinois Real Estate Brokers License in 2012. Over the past 17 years, Tom has enjoyed the privilege to be among the top 10 of Real Estate Brokers in the City of Chicago, having received the esteemed Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer designation from 2005 to 2016. Additionally, Tom has received the distinguished "Five Star Professional" Award for the past five years, which is given to the Top Real Estate Professionals in the Chicagoland area and Published in "Chicago Magazine."

With over a decade of experience in the financial industry and 17 years in the real estate business, Tom has sold well over $100M in residential real estate throughout Chicago.
