Nicole Wheatly

Highly inspired Nicole J-Wheatly has worked over the past 20 years as a Community and Real Estate Development Planner with a strong emphasis in Business and Housing Development.  Nicole has worked to ensure that families live the dream of homeownership and have assisted many with layer grants to make homeownership more affordable.  She also owns Steps Inc. Consulting, a community development organization that provides comprehensive community plans to improve the quality of businesses, housing, education, social services and health/security. Nicole has been in the top 15 of sales within the State of Illinois.  Nicole is the Founder of A Step Beyond, it is a nonprofit education and neighborhood revitalization organization. Nicole has appeared on NBC, ABC, CLTV, WFLD, FOX, Steve Harvey Show, ABC?s Shark Tank Reality Television program, Monique Caradine Fox TV Taping, JET and EBONY Magazine, Footwear News Publication and local/national radio shows.
