Gary Naeyaert

For over 40 years, Gary Naeyaert has been a dedicated advocate, specializing in various public policy issues. He is now applying his extensive skills to assist people in buying and selling homes in Mid-Michigan.

Since 2017, Gary has represented home buyers and sellers. He is currently an Associate Broker and team leader at EXIT Realty Home Partners, one of Lansing's most innovative real estate agencies. He specializes in residential home sales, vacation properties, and real estate investment, and he enjoys helping first-time buyers navigate the process. His extensive professional experience in negotiation, advocacy communication, marketing, and media relations has prepared him well to help you achieve the American Dream of homeownership.

Before entering real estate, Gary spent ten years advocating for education choice at the Great Lakes Education Project, the Governor Engler Center for Charter Schools at Central Michigan University, and the Michigan Association of Public School Academies. Before that, he dedicated ten years to lobbying and public relations on transportation issues at the Michigan Road Builders Association and served as an appointee of Governor John Engler as the director of communication at the Michigan Department of Transportation. Additionally, Gary worked for a decade as the Account Manager at Creative Media, Inc., an advertising agency and communication firm he co-founded in East Lansing. He started his professional advertising and public relations career by working for four years at Marketing Resource Group, Inc.

Naeyaert is a 1983 graduate of James Madison College at Michigan State University and attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  After putting all three of their children through college, he still lives in Mason with his smoking-hot wife and business partner (Robin Case Naeyaert) in an empty nest. Gary's favorite title is "Papa" to his four grandchildren.  Dream Big!!
