Shannon Morgan-Leonen

With over 9 years of experience in real estate, I am currently a licensed Broker-Associate with EXIT Realty Defined. I love building long lasting relationships with my clients who some start out as strangers then become friend and family. 

In my career, I’ve earned numerous accolades, including the Cumberland/Gloucester County Board of Realtors' Circle of Excellence Bronze Award in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, 2025 and the Circle of Excellence Silver Award. The EXIT Bronze Award in 2021 and 2024, and recognition as the #1 GCI agent for 2023 and 2024, 2025 at our office. Additionally, I was honored as #2 in Unit Production for EXIT of New Jersey in 2021 and received the Agent Choice Award in 2022. My journey began with the distinction of “Rookie of the Year” in my first year of real estate.

Building relationships has always been my strength. I take pride in helping clients realize the dream of homeownership, and many have become lifelong friends who I consider family. With 35 years of experience in financial banking, I bring a unique perspective and skill set to the real estate industry, ensuring my clients receive expert guidance throughout the process.

I am currently serving as a board member for P.R.A.C. of Southern NJ. I am also serving my second term as the Events Director for the Women's Council of Realtors, Southern New Jersey Region, further reinforcing my commitment to empowering fellow professionals and advancing the real estate industry. Additionally, I’ve made a significant impact in my community through various leadership roles, including serving on the Pittsgrove Township Council and the Pittsgrove Township School Board, as well as being a retired board member of Arc Gloucester. I am a former Chairman/Board Member of the Williamstown Chamber of Commerce and have served as a Rotarian for the Williamstown Sunrise Rotary.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother, living in Pittsgrove with my husband Steven and we have 3 grown children, Gregory, Hunter, and Ava. In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, decorating, cooking, and spending the day at the beach with a good book.
