Jolyn Crawford has been intricately involved in the Chicagoland real estate community for over 40 years, having successfully closed over a thousand transactions since becoming licensed in 1980.  She has sold everything from a $16,000 tear down property to a $1.7 million luxury homeand literally everything in between.  Having been a single mother herself, she is passionate about giving people a better way of life through real estate and helping individuals from all walks of life overcoming obstacles to improve their situation. One of Jolyns many achievements in real estate has been saving properties from the wrecking ball and turning them into valuable homes and investment properties, both in Illinois and elsewhere.

Jolyn Crawford has been intricately involved in the Chicagoland real estate community for over 40 years, having successfully closed over a thousand transactions since becoming licensed in 1980.  She has sold everything from a $16,000 tear down property to a $1.7 million luxury homeand literally everything in between.  Having been a single mother herself, she is passionate about giving people a better way of life through real estate and helping individuals from all walks of life overcoming obstacles to improve their situation. Its nearly impossible to list all of Jolyns awards or achievements over the decades but a few to spotlight include being the #3 Realtor for Prudential in the Chicagoland area in 1999, and was also ranked #3 in the Oak Park Board of Realtors for production that year.  She has received nearly every category of sales award from the Illinois Association of Realtors over the years.

 

One of Jolyns joys is training and mentoring other agents.  She has served in multiple leadership roles within various brokerage operations, including tenure as a Team Leader at Keller Williams.  Also she served on the Board of Directors of the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors and on the Forest Park Zoning Board from 2000-2008.  Ms. Crawford has been involved in many charitable causes including Habitat for Humanity, Wounded Warriors, hurricane relief and more.

 

Jolyn currently resides in Forest Park and loves spending time with her 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren aged 14, 12 and 10.
