Betsy Catalano

Bethzaida Betsy Catalano is licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Exit Realty Connections. She was born in Guaynabo Puerto Rico and raised in Beacon, New York. She resides with her family in Dutchess County. Prior to her real estate career, Betsy has earned an A.S. in Business Administration from Dutchess Community College, a B.A in Sociology and Criminology, with a minor in Spanish from SUNY Plattsburgh, and an MSED. In Counseling Education from SUNY Brockport. She is a Certified NY State Permanent School Counselor, and Permanent Attendance Teacher. Betsy sells residential homes in the lower Hudson Valley. She specializes in first time home buyers, first time investors and relocations, in Dutchess County. She enjoys taking a direct, hands on approach with her clients and is well supported by her superb office support staff and team at Exit Realty. She takes great pride and specializes in finding first time home buyers the right home for them in the quickest time possible and with easy financing, often with low down payments.
When not servicing her clients, Betsy is involved in her local church. She takes a great deal of pride showing off the area she knows and loves.
Betsy is a member in good standing of the Dutchess County Association of Realtors (DCAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtos (NAR) in addition to the Mid Hudson  Multiple Listing Service. She is member of the Dutchess County Counseling Association, as well as the Beacon Teachers Association. Betsy donates Habitat for Humanity. To date Exit Realty has donated over $3.2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
