Having recently gone through the relocation process out to the Dix Hills area from the city, I realized that real estate would be a great way to help others in this process. The idea of uprooting from another area to come out to Suffolk county can be a challenging experience. I have seen first hand how difficult it can be and hope to help others make the process as pain free as possible.

Whether I am coaching the youth basketball or soccer teams, I am always drawn to discussing area issues with the parents of my players. Always looking to gain more knowledge to pass onto other members of the community.

Having a background, of 20 years, in the corporate staffing world I have a keen ability to ask the right questions of people, find out what they are looking for, what will make them happy. My business has grown through tough markets through my ability to walk clients and employees through the hiring process. This ability has translated into a business built strictly on a referral program. This shows me that my clients whether it being my hiring partners or candidates always have found value in what I bring to them. This ability will prove to be a great asset when trying to assist buyers to best understand what will make them happy and not waste their time. While helping sellers understand the market and work with their expectations for the return on the home they have come to love over the years.
