Jason Pletsch

My experience with EXIT Realty began as a Buyer, later as a sales associate with an EXIT franchise, and now as a Franchisee and owner of EXIT Rocket City Realty. I had such a wonderful experience that I never left, hahaha.  I enjoy working with Veterans and received my MRP designation years ago, and first time homebuyers will always have a special place in my heart. My newest passion has been the development of new sales associates and helping them achieve their dreams of financial success and security. 

When not working, I spend a lot of time spoiling my nieces and nephews and volunteering time with our local realtor association.  I have served on numerous work groups and committees, since 2018, as well as being on the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 2024, 2025, and 2026. I have traveled to 15 different countries and 42 states. Several of these trips have been for fun and some for mission trips with my church. I enjoy helping and serving others, which has made my career with EXIT Realty a perfect fit.
