John Cullinan

I love helping people find that perfect home! My name is John Cullinan and I have lived in the greater twin cities area all my life. Ive seen this area grow into the thriving community that it is today. For the last 27 years I have lived in the great Zimmerman/Princeton area. I currently live in Princeton and love it.

I am proud to assist buyers, sellers and investors with properties in the town of Princeton and surrounding communities. This area north of the twin cities has experienced a lot of growth in the last five years and has become one of the most desirable areas close to the twin cities.

I specialize in helping first-time buyers find their perfect home. I also specialize in helping people upsize and downsize in their lives. I have experience in all aspects of the home buying and selling process.

I have a great deal of knowledge about homes in general. Years of experience as a general contractor and as a certified home inspector has been very helpful to me in helping people buy or sell property.

I obtained my license in the first half of 2018. With real estate now so technology-driven, my recent courses provided me with exposure to cutting edge technology and tools to effectively communicate with and best serve my clients.

My wife Marcia and I have 5 children (all grown up now) and 11 grandchildren and love spending time with all of them. Our favorite hobby is to ride our motorcycle and enjoy our freedom in this country, the fresh air and the scenery. We are active members of our church in Elk River and do missions trips to Central America every year. I am a 12-year member of Business Networking International which helps business owners to grow their businesses.
