I am Melissa Gutierrez, born and raised here in beautiful southern California, where I have had to privilege to raise my children and now watch my grand babies grow up. My husband and I have lived around the Temecula Valley area for over 19 years. We have witnessed huge growth in the valley and met many amazing people.
I have always loved things home related. From decorating my playhouse as a girl, to helping friends decorate their homes. The addition of my Real Estate career felt like a natural next step. I Love helping people LOVE their home with decor, so why not be a part of helping you choose then next home youll love.
Together with my husband we own our HVAC/General Contractor Company, Shield Mechanical, LLC. Our company has worked with Real Estate Agents doing home repairs, inspections corrections, checking HVAC and more. I understand the needs of buyers & seller from both a Real Estate & Construction Standpoint.
My priority as your agent is to make the process fun and exciting, smooth and as stress-free as possible.
