About Matty
My name is Matty Magel. My husband and I have grown up and raised our family in the Northland for the past 45 years. My husband was my middle school boyfriend, and together, we have four children and two grandsons. Four of us attended the NKCSD, and my younger two attended the Liberty School District. Currently, I live on the edge of Kansas City and Liberty. I've watched Liberty grow and grow my whole life. I grew up around new construction and have always enjoyed the process from start to finish. My husband has always been involved in construction, whether residential or commercial. Since 2005, we have invested in real estate, such as flips, remodeling, and rental properties. I've been in a customer service role for most of my working life, so getting my real estate license seemed to be a natural fit. I have been licensed in Missouri since 2018, and I joined EXIT Realty immediately.

I truly enjoy helping people and love working with both buyers and sellers. My oldest son is in the US Air Force, and I would be honored to assist Veterans and everyday heroes (teachers, police officers, nurses, doctors, and firefighters) in their housing search.
When I'm not working, you can find me with my family at our lake house at the Lake of the Ozarks. I love spending time with my family and spoiling my grandsons. My youngest daughter attends Kansas State College, so you can find us cheering on the Wild Cats, KC Chiefs, and Royals! I love snuggling up and watching movies, hosting family gatherings and holiday parties, landscaping (even though I don't have a green thumb), animals of all kinds, and I'm totally addicted to shopping on Amazon.
