We’re Lynn and Greg Findlay, a husband-and-wife real estate team helping people make confident, well-informed decisions throughout Sarnia–Lambton.

Lynn has served the real estate needs of Sarnia–Lambton’s English- and French-speaking communities for more than 14 years and is proud to be one of the area’s few bilingual REALTORS®. Her business has been built largely through loyal clients, repeat business, and referrals. She is known for asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and taking a patient, reassuring approach to what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process.

Before entering real estate, Greg spent 26 years in manufacturing, finishing his career as a Plant Manager at a local Sarnia facility. That experience shaped his practical and organized approach: strong systems, careful planning, attention to detail, straightforward communication, and consistent follow-through.

Together, our strengths complement one another. We combine thoughtful guidance and genuine care with strong strategy, problem-solving, specialized marketing, and a trusted network of local legal, financial, and trade professionals.
