A little something about Julia M. Montalvo:

Originally from New York, I moved to Florida in the pursuit of home ownership. I have lived in the Central Florida area with my family for over 19yrs. I have 18yrs of sales and business experience in the community. After buying and selling more than one home, I decided to pursue real estate as a fulltime career. In the real estate market, you simply can’t afford to work without a trusted Realtor by your side. My mission is customer driven and dedicated to achieving results with an exceptional experience.

My Husband, Edward and I are family oriented. We spend much of our free time as a family with our 3 kids and 3 fur babies outdoors: gardening, beach day, canoeing, mini golf, drive in movie and my husband’s and daughter’s personal favorite in the garage working on anything on wheels. When our family is not outdoors, we enjoy board games or curling up on the couch for a good movie.

Our family lives in the Central Florida area that I support, and I am involved in community events. I have knowledge of the neighborhoods, school districts, attractions, civic associations, and related services such: mortgages, insurances, and inspection information and I look forward to sharing my knowledge of my neighborhood with you.
