Growing up in western Maryland and Ohio, Liz yearned for wider spaces, arriving in Taos in 1979. She
prospered here, enjoying the hiking, kayaking, rafting and skiing opportunities that abound. Liz was a
professional raft guide, wilderness ranger, and expert kayaker, and became a PSIA fully certified ski
instructor in 1985. Licensed Dental hygienist in 1979.
 
After being in Taos a number of years, Liz came to desire more than the seasonal jobs she had been in.
With her father´s encouragement, she tackled the Real Estate profession in 1994 with the same hard
working and energetic attitude she demonstrated in skiing and other outdoor sports. 
 
Over 24 years later, she now excels at taking each client through all of the steps to closing, with honesty,
reliability and tenacity. Her problem solving skills and patience dealing with the varied parties of any
transaction do not stop her from achieving results for each of her clients.
 
Of course she is still an avid hiker and can often be seen on a mountain trail, with her dog Aztec. With a
bounce in her step, Liz will insure your real estate transaction from beginning to end, with the best in

Having relocated to Pagosa Springs with EXIT Real Estate Home & Ranch Liz is has tackled SW
Colorado with a flurry. Specializing in listing big land parcels, homes and ranches.
