I have been selling real estate for over 30 years.  I have been a broker for over 28 of those years.  I enjoy working with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their dreams.  I have spent most of my real estate career dealing with commercial and investment properties.  I enjoy analyzing the deals and seeing my clients succeed at the goals they have set.  While dealing with clients and customers is great, I find great reward and helping the agents in our company achieve their dreams and goals.  The satisfying part of being a broker is seeing the hard work the agents have put in pay off.
