years, I offer my knowledge of the area to each and every client to maximize their experience.  As both a commercial and residential realtor, I enjoy working with all types of investors, buyers and renters.  Mt. Airy has grown from a sleepy bedroom community of Frederick to a thriving town which has so much to offer. 

As a Realtor with EXIT Realty Center, I bring my expertise of working with first time homebuyers, repeat buyers and sellers, real estate investors, and real estate developers. I bring passion and excellence in assisting first time investors to develop a profitable real estate investment strategy and portfolio, as well as the established real estate investor and developer. I  coordinate the development of a project for land subdivision, new commercial or residential building projects, working with land engineers, designers, structural engineers, planning and zoning, etc. I also have decades of tenant/landlord relation experience. I consider myself very customer service-oriented , and I am known for closing sales quickly and ensuring both buyer and seller satisfaction. I constantly monitor both residential and commercial real estate market conditions to provide the most up to date information to his clients.

I am a member of the Frederick County Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I have advanced education and training in the real estate profession. Certifications, trainings, awards, etc. including:

A lifelong resident of central Maryland, I have been happily married for 35 years, to my wife Pat, and am the proud father of 3 sons, Garrison, Brendan, and Andrew, and 2 daughters, Olga and Alina. Always active in civic activities, I was the past vice president of the Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Hospital Credit Union, past president of the Friendly Acres Homeowners Association, founding president of Mount Airy Community Outreach Network (MACON), which provided emergency assistance for those in need. Past president of the Clearview Airport Flying Cub, a graduate of Catonsville Community College/ focus in psychology and biology, and attended Notre Dame College/University of MD Pre-med. I am also a military veteran who served as Medical US Army Corpsman, and honorably discharged. I am active in my church,  with a particular emphasis in the mission field.. I  am a licensed aircraft pilot and love traveling and spending time with my family.
