Originally from Buffalo, New York, Beth received her Bachelor's Degree in Environmental

Studies from Gannon University and later completed her M.B.A. at St. Bonaventure University

specializing in Marketing and Finance. Beth's career has led her throughout the Eastern United

States working for some of the largest engineering companies managing and marketing multi-

million dollar projects.  She has turned her once hobby of real estate into a full-time career.

 

Beth started her full time real estate career in 2003, quickly becoming a top producing agent in the Central Virginia area winning several awards each year as a top producing agent, including being selected as a Top 100 Realtor in Virginia.  She's worked with buyers and sellers in both the new construction and resale market. .  Beth has grown her business and reputation though years of dedication sticking by her commitment to provide her clients exemplary personalize service beyond their expectations. She has sold in every product category and price range from entry level homes in the $100k's to luxury homes and bed and breakfast properties ranging well over $2 million.  This range uniquely separates her from many agents who merely specialize in a single area or price point.  Her practice is to listen and truly understand her clients needs; a quality of business conduct that often seems to have been forgotten in todays fast paced, highly automated society.             

 

Beth loves spending time with her family, the outdoors, playing tennis, watching her daughter

ride and compete with her horse, traveling, and meeting new people.
