A Little Bit about Dan Pareene My love for
Real Estate began at the
age of 24 when I purchase my first two-family home. Twenty-six years later,
I have owned over 65 properties. I still enjoy
investing in and managing rental properties, flipping fixer-uppers, and other real estate endeavors. My pastimes are deep sea fishing, restoring cars, downhill skiing, and golfing. I grew up in upstate NY. In 1992, I moved to
Boston and attended The Wentworth Institute of Technology where I earned my bachelor's in mechanical engineering. I have been living in the
MetroWest since 1995 and currently reside in Ashland, MA with my wife and 2 children.
