Martin Cunha

Born and raised in the agricultural community of Turlock, Martin has learned the value of hard work and discipline from growing up on the family farm. From those roots, he went on to pursue his passion in agricultural sales, which he has been a part of for the past 16 years. Wanting to broaden his horizons in sales, Martin pursued his real estate license with the desire to connect families and individuals wanting the American dream, a place to call home.

Through his expertise in sales, Martin has learned the reward which comes from being self-motivated and persistent. He takes pride in fulfilling his clients best interests. Through the years, Martin has realized that each day brings a new challenge, and nothing is given. This, he recognizes, will help him grow and be successful in the real estate world.

While obtaining his real estate license, Martin encountered the resourceful, family-oriented company of EXIT Realty Consultants, a local Real Estate company with multiple locations through the Central Valley. He is now a proud member of that team and is honored to carry on the tradition in serving individuals with their American dream, hence, Building American Dreams.
