In 2019, he joined EXIT Strategy Realty, where he now serves as the Community Development Team Leader, expanding his real estate practice even further. Simultaneously, he holds the position of Vice President of Lending at Great Mortgage, where he uses his extensive knowledge to guide clients through financing options, ensuring they make informed decisions tailored to their unique needs.

From 2009 to 2011, he owned and managed Mr. Beef and Gyros, a testament to his business acumen and commitment to serving his community in multiple ways. In 2020, Vincent founded The Legacy Foundation of Will County, where he serves as President. The foundation’s mission is to mentor, motivate, and empower young individuals pursuing careers in real estate, finance, and insurance. Through a structured mentorship program, monthly meetings with industry leaders, and scholarships for education and licensing expenses, the foundation helps aspiring professionals build successful careers. Additionally, it provides annual down payment assistance, making homeownership more accessible for local families.
