Bryce Packnit

I am a California Realtor® and native. He brings his knowledge and expertise of over 10 years in the real estate and mortgage industry- ranging from loans, to investments (spec homes, flippers, rentals), and real estate investment trust (REIT). I hold a B.S. in Business Administration and decided to pursue a career as a Realtor® as I enjoy helping people find their home, whether it be their forever home or their first home. I also loves to see the transformation of a rundown house into a beautiful home. I believe that the purchase of a home is the single biggest purchase an individual can take on and want to help individuals make that dream a reality. I take pride in providing outstanding customer service for over 15 years.

I volunteer for a local community charity- Letters to Santa. For 2020 I am making a donation for every deal closed. In my downtime you can find me spending time with his wife and daughter, or watching football.
