About Cheryl
My name is Cheryl Dunn, I have lived my whole life in Southern New Jersey. I have lived in the Pennsville and Carneys Point area all of my life. I've seen this community grow and re-brand itself and it continues to evolve. Some great features: close to Delaware for tax free shopping and to Philadelphia sports teams and great restaurants as well as several entertainment venues.
I am part of Team R C D at Exit Homestead Realty Professionals. Rick and I are brother and sister, we work great together, we've known each other for a very long time. We know our community and we were raised by parents who always put family first. Our motto is "Let our family be your families realtor". I love that feeling of walking a client into a home and knowing by the look on their face they see themselves having dinner there every night or watching their children and then grandchildren open their Christmas presents in this home. In those moments I know we have done our job right.
