My name is Todd Jacobs and I am a real estate agent in
Southampton. Do you want to tap into the experience of an agent who has been living and working in the
Hamptons for over thirty years? Are you looking for someone who knows property values in
Sag Harbor,
Bridgehampton,
East Hampton, and
Montauk? One who works with buyers and sellers in all those towns, and the surrounding areas of
Westhampton Beach,
Quogue, and
Hampton Bays, as well as
Greenport and the
North Fork?
Prior to real estate, I was the chef/owner of Tierra Mar Restaurant, Atlantica Catering, and FRESH Hamptons. In addition to buying and selling real estate, my experience includes the rehabilitation of several homes, restaurants and Hotels. Working with local lawyers, architects and builders I learned the mechanics of property evaluation and real estate development on the east end, and I am now very happy to share that knowledge with my clients.
This is what people have to say about their experience working with me.
"
Todd... I cant begin to tell you how grateful I am for all your assistance, guidance, patience, and persistence." J Miller"Todd was very professional and gave 100% during hard negotiations... Thumbs up to Todd and his crew" P Jurgielewicz "Todd is a great salesperson... He overcame every obstacle and made everything easy... Not only did we get our price... We had many questions... He seemed to have every answer at his fingertips." - J & C Digioia "Todd provided us with an incredible amount of information and resources to navigate a new market (for us)." D Downs & C Garret
