As an active licensed Realtor®, I love to work with both Buyers and Sellers, leading the way through a real estate transaction.  Having the eyes to see and appreciate that no two pieces of property are the same, each with its own lustrous qualities, I like to define the differences and weigh the attributes, benefits, characteristics, as well as location of a property. 

 

My strengths include the valuation of a property, navigating my clients through the Escrow process, educating through important real estate forms and disclosures, explaining the meanings of each.  In addition, summarizing the current real estate market and conditions, holding my clients? best interests at top of mind with an ability to bring buyers and sellers together for successful real estate transactions.

 

I primarily serve Stanislaus, Merced and San Joaquin Counties in the Northern Central Valley although I am licensed throughout California.  I am a member of the Central Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors in addition to the Metrolist Multiple Listing Service as well as the CRMLS California Regional Multiple Listing Service.
