                    Fernando was born in Panama and migrated to the united state in the early 1970's.

He married his wife in 1975 and together they have raise three successful adults daughters. He attended

RCA institute in 1976 and graduated from the program. In that program, he was able to ern a associate degree and became a junior Engineer in Electronis. After a few years of working in the industry, he and his wife were able to open a business in 1980. In this business they sold various musical instruments and did electronics repairs for customers until 2016 when he ritired from this business. in 2016 he earned his Real Estate license and been able gather experience in real Estate since then. He chose to go into the field of Real Estate to help as many people as possible achieve the american dream of home ownership and to help owners maximize on the full value of their Property.  Fernand also believes that it is important that families leave a legacy for their chieldren and grandchildren.
